RUBY'S ONE STEP CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose or cake)
2 c. sugar
1 c. soft butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 lg. eggs
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream

Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix well and beat 3 minutes. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Add batter and bake 1 hour in a 325 degree oven. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. Leave plain or glaze.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. milk

Mix well. Pour over cooled cake.
