HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
2 eggs

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix until all ingredients blended. Don't over mix. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

NOTE: There is no shortening in cake.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Pour over cake while still warm. I usually chop about 2 tablespoons nuts very finely and sprinkle top of cake.
