TURKEY FILLING 
12 c. bread cubes (about 1 1/2 loaves)
3 c. celery
1/4 c. parsley
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. onion salt
1 tbsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. marjoram flakes
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 med. onion
1/4 lb. butter

In a large container break up bread slices by pinching off small pieces. In a small frying pan chop and saute onion in the butter. Chop celery, parsley, slightly beat 2 eggs with the milk. Mix together all ingredients season to taste if necessary. Filling should be moist enough to stick together if more moisture is needed. Add milk accordingly. When finished the filling may be placed inside turkey.
