TOO RICH CAKE 
1 can coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectionery sugar

Spray Pam in 10 1/2" x 13" pan. Sprinkle 1 can coconut and 1 cup chopped nuts in pan. Mix one box German chocolate cake mix according to directions on box. Pour on top of coconut and nuts. Mix: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 box confectionery sugar

Mix together and dot on top of cake and swirl. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Put chocolate icing on cake while cake is hot.

ICING:

1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine first three ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil one minute and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Add vanilla.
