SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream shortening, sugars and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Form small balls. Roll balls in cinnamon and sugar mixture: 2 tsp. cinnamon

Bake at 350 degrees for about 7 minutes until cracks appear in top.
