HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 to 2 onions
4 to 6 potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
pats of butter

Take hamburger and make into patties. Salt and pepper to taste. Slice potatoes and onions. Put onions on top of patties. Then put slices of potatoes on top of onions. Put butter on potatoes.

Bake at 375°F to 400°F for about an hour or until done in pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
