NAN'S PERFECT ROAST BEEF | |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Salt and pepper room temperature roast. Place roast on rack in a shallow pan and put in oven. Roast for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Then turn off oven and DO NOT OPEN DOOR. Allow three hours in oven to complete cooking. About twenty minutes before eating turn oven up to 300 degrees to warm up roast. This works with any size roast. Sirloin tip, rolled cross rib or boneless chuck. |
