MEATY MANICOTTI 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can (14 oz.) spinach, drained & chopped
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
12 uncooked manicotti shells
1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 inch baking pan with Pam, set aside. Brown beef in skillet, add onion and garlic. Saute 3 to 4 minutes until onions are tender. Drain off fat. Remove from heat and add spinach, cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Fill each shell with 1/4 cup meat mixture. Place shells in pan, pour sauce evenly over filled shells. Sprinkle both cheeses over sauce. Bake 30 minutes.
