MEATY TOMATO MACARONI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. green pepper
2 tbsp. Crisco
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. cheese
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. macaroni

Brown beef, onion and pepper in Crisco. Stir in rest of ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. (I usually cook macaroni first although original recipe specifies uncooked). Make several quantities at one time and freeze several casseroles. Can omit cheese if someone allergic to it. Also can use butter in place of Crisco.

I like to butter piece of bread, cut in cubes and place on top of casserole.
