CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 1/4 c. scalded heavy cream (DO NOT BOIL)
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 tsp. brandy or light rum

Put all ingredients in blender until the racket stops. Chill 3 hours in individual serving dishes. Serves 4.
