MELON BALLS APPETIZER 
1 med. honeydew
1 med. cantaloupe
4 oz. thin sliced lean ham
4 oz. thin sliced turkey

DIPPING SAUCE:

1/4 c. spicy brown mustard
2 tbsp. honey
12 fresh mint leaves, chop

Make melon balls. Cut ham and turkey into 4x1 inch strips. Wrap each melon ball in either ham or turkey strips and skewer with toothpicks.

In small bowl mix sauce ingredients. Serve with wrapped balls.
