BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
10 oz. broccoli, cooked & drained

Beat egg whites with lemon juice until stiff. Beat together egg yolks, salt, pepper, flour and sour cream. Stir in broccoli. Fold in egg whites. Pour into a buttered 6 cup casserole dish and sprinkle with wheat germ and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set. Serves 6.
