BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter 1 1/2 cups casserole. Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.

Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour. Serve immediately. 6 servings.
