BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cook broccoli as directed; drain. Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into baking dish. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, about 1 hour. Serve immediately. 6 servings.
