GOLDEN BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Arrange in a shallow broiler proof pan or dish. Beat egg whites at high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold in cheese and mayonnaise. Spoon over broccoli. Broil 4-6 inches from broiler until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
