2 c. water 1/4 c. cider vinegar 1 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning or to taste 1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen firm fish, thawed (exp. pollock, haddock, etc.) Boil all but fish. Cut fish into bite-size pieces and cook in the broth for 6-8 minutes. Serve with melted butter. Serves 4-6. |
