MOCK LOBSTER SALAD 
5 lb. filet haddock
4 slices lemon
1 onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 bunch celery (chopped fine)
1 1/2 bottles chili sauce
2 carrots (grated fine)
1 pt. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Paprika
1 hard boiled eggs (chopped)

Steam fish in water with the lemon slices, onion and 2 tsp. salt. Drain; cool and flake. Add other ingredients; mix and chill.

May be molded into any fancy shape. Serves a large crowd. One pound of fill with serve an average family; alter other ingredients to suit your taste.

Carrots may be eliminated and horseradish added.
