COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground sirloin
2 eggs
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. catsup
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/3 c. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. can jellied cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
12 oz. jar chili sauce
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar

Combine first 9 ingredients. In a medium saucepan, combine last 4 ingredients. Stir last 4 ingredients occasionally until well blended and smooth. Roll meatballs to the approximate size of a walnut. Should make about 85-100.

In a jelly roll 13 x 9 x 2 inch (or close enough) place rolled meatballs. Spoon blended mixture over meatballs. Place meatballs in oven uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot on toothpicks or as an entree over rice.
