BRAUNSCHWEIGER SPREAD 
1/2 lb. smoked liver sausage
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 sm. onion, chopped fine
Sage

Mash Braunschweiger and cream cheese. Blend in Worcestershire. Add other ingredients and beat until fluffy. Chill. After set, grease fingers and form into a ball. Decorate with parsley. Serve on cracker (rye are best). Makes 1 3/4 cup.
