CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE II 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. heavy cream
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. strong coffee
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beat until smooth. Melt the chocolate bits, stir in the 2 tablespoons of cream. Add this to the cheese mixture, blend until smooth. Add the sour cream and then the coffee and vanilla.

CRUST:

3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar

Mix the three ingredients well. Press into bottom of 8 inch spring form pan. Pour filling mixture into pan, bake for 45 to 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven. When done, sides will be puffy. Center will be soft but will firm up after several hours of cooling. Refrigerate.
