YOGURT CAKE | |
1 c. plain yogurt 1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 3/4 to 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2 apples 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice Slice peeled apples and add fresh lemon juice. Sift together flour and baking powder. Mix egg, vegetable oil and sugar well. Add yogurt and stir. Add sifted flour little by little and stir well. Grease and flour 9-inch round cake pan. Spread half of mixture and place apples on top, then pour on remaining mixture. Bake at 370 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. |
