ALMOND ROCA 
2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. finely chopped almonds, toasted & divided
1 lb. milk chocolate

Melt butter in a Dutch oven; add sugar and cook over medium high heat until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and boil mixture 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add 1 cup almonds and cook, stirring constantly until mixture reaches hard crack stage. Remove from heat and immediately pour onto 2 buttered, foil covered cookie sheets. Let cool until candy is hard.

Melt chocolate, spread over top of candy, press 1/2 cup almonds on top of chocolate. Let stand until chocolate is firm; break candy into pieces.
