BURRITOS 
2 lb. pork, cooked
1 onion
2 green peppers
1 (32 oz.) can refried beans
Salt and pepper
1 (32 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. red pepper

Cut meat in small pieces. Chop onion and green peppers. Add tomatoes and seasoning. Cook until meat is done and liquid is somewhat reduced. At this time you can freeze or refrigerate. Add refried beans to hot mixture, stirring gently. Cook until it thickens. Serve in tortilla shells with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes on top.
