KAREN RUPERT'S FINN SOUP 
1 lb. side pork
Potatoes (amount you desire)
Carrots
Onions
Dumplings (if desired)

Cut side pork into 1 1/2 inch pieces and fry until brown.

In a kettle put potatoes, carrots and onions covered with water and boil. Add the fried side pork and cook until vegetables are done. I also add dumplings to mine.
