NEVER FAIL FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1 reg. sized can of Milnot
1/2 c. butter
2 pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz.)
1 pt. marshmallow creme
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, Milnot and butter into saucepan. Boil 10 minutes. Add chocolate chips and mix thoroughly after removing pan from heat. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased pan and allow to cool. Cut into squares and serve.
