1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs

Combine dry cake mix, butter and 2 eggs. Press into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs; mix well and spread over top of first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, about 30-35 minutes.
