NEIMAN - MARCUS CAKE

1 chocolate cake mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix well. Will be very thick. Pour in well greased, floured 13 x 9 inch pan.

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix and spread on top of cake mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour.
