1 chocolate fudge cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts

Mix first 4 ingredients together and press into bottom of 9x12 inch pan. Mix next 4 ingredients together and pour over top of cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes until cream mixture forms lightly browned crust.
