1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar (reserve some for the top of cake when done

Mix cake mix, butter, and egg well and press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan that is greased and floured. Beat remaining ingredients for 3 minutes. Pour on top of cake mixture and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. When done, sprinkle remaining sugar on top of cake or use the whole box of sugar in topping mixture.
