1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
2 eggs
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 - 1 c. chopped pecans

Mix cake mix and butter, then add 2 eggs. Mix with fork. Spread into 9 x 13 inch floured pan. (Mixture will be thick.) Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and eggs. Whip with fork and spread over first mixture. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
