HIGH-FIBER BERRY SMOOTHIE 
1 cup blackberries
1 cup stemmed and halved strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup vanilla Soymilk (I use low-fat)
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on HIGH for 30 seconds.

You now have a High-Fiber Berry Smoothie that is healthy for you!
