HOT CABBAGE SLAW 
Can add egg noodles and toss for a great side dish.

1/3 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 med. cabbage (green) coarsely shredded
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated carrot
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. caraway seed

1. Combine water and bouillon cubes in large saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring to dissolve cubes.

2. Add cabbage, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes (covered).

3. Add remaining ingredients; simmer covered until tender, about 10 more minutes.
