MEXICAN DIP 
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. hamburger
1 (2 lb.) loaf Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 jar salsa

Brown sausage and hamburger in skillet. Drain. In crock-pot, combine sausage and hamburger along with remaining ingredients, stirring occasionally until cheese is completely melted. Serve with crackers or corn chips.
