GREEN BEANS WITH SOUR CREAM DISH | |
1 1/2 lb. green beans 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. salt Chopped parsley Trim beans and cook in salted water until tender. Drain and keep warm. Saute mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Add sour cream and salt. Put beans in serving dish and pour mushrooms and sour cream over. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 6. |
