1/3 c. minced onions
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 c. French style green beans
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese

Simmer onion in butter. Add flour, salt and pepper; mix well. Add sour cream and beans. Pour into casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
