GREEN BEANS AND SOUR CREAM 
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 lbs. green beans, canned and drained
2 tbsp. Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. almonds

Melt butter and stir in flour. Add the next 5 ingredients. Heat but do not boil. Toss lightly with beans. Put into buttered casserole and sprinkle cheese and almonds over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
