HAM AND MACARONI SALAD 
8 oz. macaroni
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. diced ham
1 c. cubed cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Boil macaroni until tender. Drain. While still warm, drizzle with 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon oil. Add onion, seasoned salt and seasoned pepper. Mix well. Add cheese, ham, celery, peas and mayonnaise. Gently stir until mixed well. Serve chilled.
