CRUSTLESS WALNUT PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

GLAZE:

3/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, add sugar, cracker crumbs, walnuts and vanilla. Stir to blend. Pour mixture into a greased 8x8 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into squares. Serve warm. Store at room temperature. Serves 9.

GLAZE: Bring all to boil. Boil 1 minute and spread on cake.
