SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or oatmeal
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. onion, chopped
Dash pepper
1/3 c. water

Combine 1/4 cup soup with all remaining ingredients but water. Mix thoroughly and shape into 6 patties. Place in shallow baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine the rest of the soup and water. Pour over meat and bake 10 minutes more. Wonderful with mashed potatoes or rice.
