HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground cured ham
1 1/2 lbs. ground fresh pork
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk

GLAZE:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix all of the main ingredients. Form into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (may need to add some water - 1 cup). Make glaze and brush about every 15 minutes.
