MY MOM'S CHEESE TORTE 
Crust:

24 graham crackers, crumbled
1/2 pound melted butter
1/2 cup sugar

Filling:

2 pound creamed cottage cheese (sieved or use food processor)
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes. When baked, the pudding will be on the bottom. Spoon into individual dishes and serve warm with whipped cream.
