PLUM PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. well drained cut up pitted prunes, cooked
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Beat 2 eggs until fluffy. Blend in brown sugar, melted butter, cut up prunes. Stir in dry ingredients. Pour into well greased 1 quart mold. Steam 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
