MICROWAVE STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 med. red or green peppers
1 chopped onion
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Pepper and hot sauce to taste
1 lb. ground turkey
2 c. cooked rice
1 stalk celery

Remove pepper tops and seeds. Crumble ground turkey and combine with onion. Microwave on high until onion is transparent (about 3 to 4 minutes). Pour off liquid.

Combine mixture with remaining ingredients. Stuff peppers and wrap each tightly with plastic wrap. Place peppers upright in dish and cover dish with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 12 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
