SAUCEPAN MEATBALLS 
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 c. water
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. cooked noodles

In saucepan, quickly bring to a boil the onion soup mix, the water and 1 1/2 cans of tomato sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix ground beef, seasonings, parsley, and remaining tomato sauce. Shape into 16 meatballs and place them in the sauce. Simmer gently uncovered for 25 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve over hot noodles.
