MEATBALL PARMIGIANO 
10 oz. egg noodles
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. soft bread cubes
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
Dash pepper
Mozzarella cheese slices (16 oz.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare egg noodles according to directions. Grease 13"x9"x2" pan and put cooked noodles in. Saute onion slices in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until tender. Add tomatoes and spaghetti sauce and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, mix ground beef, bread cubes, water, spices and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Form into meatballs. Add to sauce and cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Put meatballs on noodles. Arrange Mozzarella slices on top of meatballs. Pour sauce over all. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
