BEEF LOUISE 
3 lbs. lean beef
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of water
2/3 c. burgundy wine

Cut beef into bite-size pieces. Mix all together. Do not brown beef. Put into covered 2 quart casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Do not open casserole while baking. Serve over buttered noodles or rice. 6 servings.
