SKILLET LASAGNA | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. jar spaghetti sauce 3 c. thin noodles (8 to 10 oz. pkg.) 1 c. water 1 c. (8 oz. pkg.) cottage cheese Salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic to taste 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese 1 egg 1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese Brown ground beef at 325 degrees on burner with a brain. Reduce temperature to 200 degrees. Add spaghetti sauce, water and noodles, press noodles into liquid with a spoon. Cover and cook for 12 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, egg and Parmesan cheese. Drop by spoonful on top of noodles. Sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer. |
