SKILLET LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
3 c. prepared egg noodles
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 c. water
Parmesan cheese for topping

Brown meat in butter. Add 1/2 of spaghetti sauce package to meat and spread meat mixture in pan. Spread cottage cheese over meat. Layer egg noodles over cottage cheese and sprinkle with rest of spaghetti sauce mix. Sprinkle parsley flakes and sweet basil over top. Pour tomato sauce, tomatoes and water over the other ingredients in order given. Simmer for 20 minutes and turn off heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cover for 5 minutes before serving.
