SKILLET LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
1 env. dry onion soup mix
2 c. water
3 c. raw elbows or shells
1 tbsp. oregano
1 (29 oz.) can tomatoes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. cubed Mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat; drain. Add 2 cups water, 1 envelope onion soup, 3 cups raw elbows or shells, tomatoes, and oregano; stir. Cook slowly until noodles are done, stirring occasionally. When done, add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 8 ounces of cubed Mozzarella cheese. Stir; cover until cheese melts. Serves 5 or 6.
