SHRIMP CHOW MEIN 
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onions, sliced
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can mixed Chinese vegetables, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 tsp. black pepper
1/3 c. pimentos
1 sm. can water chestnuts

Saute celery, onion, bell pepper, and shrimp in oil until tender. Add Chinese vegetables, soup, and soy sauce, pepper, and pimento. Heat thoroughly. Add small can of chestnuts last. Serve over hot rice. Use electric wok.
